Do you believe Federal, States and Local agency demonstrated lesson learned from Katrina, Specially FEMA and DHS? Apparently not. Why took too long to react or prevent this wildfires? Why? Red Warning was issue since Friday!! The federal government should have been ready to step in. Instead, it waited too long; when it did begin sending aid, the response was too little, it was fragmented, and it was too late.

Why FEMA and DHS took action until today?

Apparently too many questions to answer.

Walls of wind-whipped flames consumed hundreds of homes across tinder-dry Southern California. More than a half million people had been ordered from San Diego County homes Tuesday as wildfires rage from the Mexican border to north of Los Angeles. more than 1,300 Dream homes had been reduced to ashes. In San Diego County, at least 513,000 residents had been ordered to find refuge in shelters

Officials all but concede defeat to wildfires as estimated 1 million evacuate.
