IMMIGRATION SYSTEM IS INHUMANE AND DYSFUNCTIONAL.!!!!!!!!

IMMIGRATION SYSTEM IS INHUMANE AND DYSFUNCTIONAL.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A PREGNANT CHINESE woman facing deportation lost her twin fetuses after immigration officials ignored her pleas for a doctor at Kennedy Airport, an elected city official and her lawyer charged. Zhen Xing Jiang, 34, of Philadelphia, who has been in the United States Undocumented for a decade, was being deported Tuesday when she complained of stomach and back pain, according to City Councilman John Liu (D-Queens). Customs officers denied her request for help, said Liu, who visited Jiang at Jamaica Hospital the next day. "This is cruel and it is atrocious what these officers did," Liu said. "What kind of law enforcement can just stand there as a pregnant woman is crying and in pain?" Jiang, who was discharged, could not be reached for comment. Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials declined to discuss the circumstances involving Jiang's miscarriage, but released a statement saying her deportation was delayed for "medical reasons that were addressed immediately." "Once she is cleared medically, efforts to effectuate her repatriation will resume," the statement said. "She's traumatized by the experience," said her attorney, Michael Sommi

Organ Harvesting at the tip of the Iceberg in America?

During the press conference, Kilgour and Matas focused on their home country of Canada as an example for some of their recommendations.

"There is no doubt that Canadians are among those going to China from many parts of the world for transplants," the press release stated. Kilgour called it "organ tourism." He said he and Matas have recently obtained confirmation from hospitals in Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary that Canadians are going to China for transplants.

Matas emphasized that Canada should issue travel advisories telling Canadians going to China for organ transplants that they may think they are getting an organ from an executed murderer but "in all likelihood" they are getting the organ "from someone who has done nothing wrong." Travel advisories should warn that organ sources in China consist "almost entirely from un-consenting prisoners, whether sentenced to death or Falun Gong practitioners."
Stop Harvesting Stop Disabling & Murdering Lives; Stop Selling & Harvesting Organs

The Communist Chinese [CCP] have been harvesting organs and tissues of lives, youth to elderly, of the Falun Gong and other prisoners in their slave labor camps. It is outrageous enough to know of these human rights violations, but the CCP is selling the organs, tissues of these innocent prisoners. All monies are sent back to the CCP. In effect, the CCP have been and continue 'to bank on the lives of their victims'. This is a billion dollar business! Now you know why they don't want it stopped.

What this means for all locally globally, is that if it is Medicare, Medical, or other insurance companies, it means YOU, the tax payer would be partici-pating in any/all of these crimes against humanity. Do you want your person or loved ones now, or later in history to be known as one who was complicit in the murder of countless innocent lives?

This must be stop; be Pro active against Human Rights Violations.

Immigration around the globe: Ireland. Bill for asylum seekers to hit 300 thousands.

The cost of dealing with asylum seekers will reach €300m this year, with Irish lawyers making a killing from an estimated 1,200 judicial reviews of deportation cases by people who have entered the country illegally.

Each of the reviews is likely to cost the State at least €30,000 to €50,000 and some €20m is being set aside to cover legal costs to the Exchequer, as all are on legal aid.

It has also emerged that of the 3,985 applications for asylum made last year 502 applications for asylum were made in the name of children under the age of three.

These are nearly all children born to asylum seekers living here and who have already been turned down for asylum. In some of these cases it is the second or third child in the same family to make the application.
Documents seen by the Sunday Independent also show how a large number of asylum applicants are arriving here by air but then claiming they have no passport or travel documents.
More than 3,400, or 85 per cent of those who claimed asylum here last year, appeared in the country and then made their application for asylum directly at the
Office of Refugee Application Commissioner in Mount Street, Dublin.
The Government currently has legislation before the Dail seeking to reduce the time in which asylum seekers can use the judicial review system to stay in Ireland, which usually extends their stay here for a year or a year and a half, often while receiving benefits.
The documents also give details of social welfare and other scams being operated by illegal immigrants.
Last year gardai with the Garda National Bureau of Investigation, working with UK Immigration, detected a large number of frauds being perpetrated on the social welfare system here, many by illegal immigrants who were also claiming benefits in Britain and Northern Ireland.
Some were travelling back and forward to countries, particularly
Nigeria, while keeping up benefit frauds here and in Britain.

These include:
A Nigerian man registered in this State with his wife and children on 'Irish-born Child' or (IBC) status who was claiming EU Treaty rights in the UK based on a bigamous marriage to a Belgian woman living in England. He claimed that he married the Belgian national in order to stay in the UK. His Nigerian wife here was found to be claiming benefits on his behalf as well as herself and children.
A Nigerian man detained in Belfast who was found to be officially living in the Republic with his wife and Irish-born children. "On searching his luggage it transpired that this person is residing back in Nigeria where he runs his own legal practice. He admitted that he earns approximately $8,000 per month as a result of this practice," the Garda report states. His wife, who has rights to remain here until 2010 because of the Irish-born children, has been claiming benefits for both him, herself and children.

Another Nigerian man stopped in the George Best Airport, Belfast, in March this year where he was met by another Nigerian man. He claimed to own a successful haulage business in Nigeria. A search of his suitcase uncovered documents showing he had been claiming benefits here for two years.

A Brazilian woman who was also detained at the airport in Belfast in February this year had previously been detained in January 2007. "By her own admission she operates as a prostitute and travels through Belfast to enter this State as she had previously been refused entry to the State at Dublin Airport. She has conditions in the UK based on marriage to a British national," the report states.

A Somali man also stopped in Belfast on April 28 last year was found to be carrying a large suitcase full of the drug 'quat', a type of natural amphetamine much used by Somalis but not illegal in the UK or here. He was found to have an address in Dublin and also to be in receipt of welfare payments.
An overview of the asylum seeker situation estimated that 90 per cent of claims are bogus; that many are seeking asylum simultaneously in Britain and Ireland while travelling back and forth to their home countries; that Northern Ireland is the most frequent route into and out of the Republic because of the absence of any Border checks; and that people who fail to gain asylum status immediately move from one jurisdiction to the other.

The 'top five countries' of origin of asylum seekers last year are: Nigeria, with 1,028 or 25 per cent of the total; Iraq, with 285 or 7.2 per cent; China, with 259 or 6.5 per cent; Pakistan, with 185 or 4.6 per cent; and Georgia, with 174 or 4.4 per cent.
A total of 468, or 11.7 per cent, of those who claimed asylum here last year were found, under the new pan-European fingerprinting EURODAC system for applicants, to have already applied for asylum in other EU countries.
More than half of those who applied for asylum here claimed to have arrived in Ireland without any documents.
Gardai said that the amount of fraud and false claims being made is making life even more difficult for the genuine asylum seekers who have escaped tyrannical regimes or countries where they face persecution for reasons ranging from religious and non-religious beliefs to political association or ethnicity

Immigration around the Globe: Nepal. Virginia man is back home after Nepal deportation over 'Free Tibet' flag.

It's back to the day job for William Brant Holland, international man of intrigue.

He's $20,000 poorer and with little to show for it, except a mark on his passport indicating he's been deported. And there's a letter of rebuke from the Nepalese office of tourism, which Monday banned him from Mount Everest for two years.

"They said they were going to go easy on me," Holland said. "They were very nice about it, really."

He sipped his first beer Wednesday since his dream of reaching the summit of Mount Everest this month failed. He was back on Cary Street, wearing a green Patagonia polo shirt and canvas pants. His face was sunburned except where his beard was and where the mask covered his face from the cold on the mountain

He's come to this conclusion about it all:

"The mountain isn't going anywhere. I'll be back."

At 26, Holland has attained a distinction that he never invited or imagined.

A $10, 2-foot-square banner carrying the words "Free Tibet" got Holland booted off Everest, the first victim of new regulations designed to avoid any unpleasantness over the Chinese government's plan to haul the Olympic torch to the mountain's summit, probably in the next few days.

Holland's plan to get a picture of himself at the top of Everest with the banner in hand backfired.

He said someone informed authorities, the flag was confiscated, and then he was told to report to tourism officials in Katmandu.

"I did the walk back (from base camp) in three days. I was pretty upset and needed to figure out what was going on," Holland said.

News of the ouster went worldwide and Holland says now he never imagined that his plan would become public or arouse suspicion.

"If I'd meant to cause trouble I could have bought a $20 permit and been leading demonstrations or something at the base camp. That's not what was going on."

A 2000 graduate of Midlothian High School, where he wrestled and played football, Holland is leading a rarified life.

The son of a prominent cardiologist and the nephew of two retired state senators, he's set on summitting the world's seven tallest peaks. Everest was next on the list; he's done five, immersing himself in foreign cultures.

"If there's not some sort of danger involved, I figure it's not going to be much of an adventure," Holland said.

He planned to do Everest without the help of Sherpa carriers, handling hundreds of pounds of equipment by himself by moving it up the mountain in stages.

Braided wrist bands from Tanzania and Peru and a green stone necklace from New Zealand speak to past adventures.

He's seen the stunning beauty of Denali in Alaska and yearns to see the deserts of Ethiopia.

"My biggest problem is learning to be patient; you have to learn to take one day at a time," he said.
Adversity is an adventure, and he said he's putting off a more stable life until the world has worn out some of its welcome.

"I can put everything I own in the back of a pickup," he said.

He made it to China in January, after riding across the United States on a bicycle in 36 days. He flew to China and then took trains and more bikes to the western part of the country.

He was aware of China's crackdown on Buddhist monks in Tibet but never equated the uproar with his plan for the flag, hatched when he spotted the emblem in a Katmandu souvenir shop.

Now he's got to recoup his losses, collect his equipment, and get back to cutting trees. His Ridgeline Trees LLC has funded all his adventures.

"I'll find three guys to work for me and it will be back to work six days a week, from sunrise to 10 p.m. each day," he said

Sooner or later he wants to go the medical school. "Something like Doctors Without Borders is appealing to me," he said.

But old age won't come without a fight and more adventures.

"In my family, the saying is, 'It's better to live till 50 like a bull than to 100 like a mouse."

Trail of a Terrorist and How they use fake Passport to enter the United States thru Any International Port of entry!!!!!!!!!!!

Over and over again, investigators examining the Al Qaeda terrorist network point to a common thread -- the ease with which many in the network travel the world using fake passports or illegally obtained immigration documents.

Ahmed Ressam, the focus of this FRONTLINE report, was somewhat of an expert in fake passports. He used a counterfeit French passport to enter Canada and apply for political asylum. While living there, he supplied fake Canadian passports to other Algerians. And he used a fake Canadian passport under the alias of Benni Noris in his failed attempt to enter the United States and bomb Los Angeles International Airport.

Ressam recently testified that he was trained in these and other "security" techniques at one of Osama bin Laden's training camps in Afghanistan. He also testified that an Al Qaeda representative had recruited him to supply the group with false Canadian passports.

The picture of Al Qaeda that is emerging through Ressam's case and ongoing investigations is of a sophisticated terrorist network, able to send "sleeper" agents like Ressam anywhere in the world. Al Qaeda depends on the ability to travel internationally in order to raise funds, recruit operatives, train the operatives in Afghanistan and send them out to plan and conduct terrorist attacks. Key to their international mobility is being able to circumvent immigration laws and law enforcement "watch lists."

Passports

Investigators believe that there may be specialized Al Qaeda terrorist cells in the U.S., Canada, and Europe whose only job is to supply Al Qaeda with passports and other documents that can be used by its operatives. There are various ways they obtain and use passports:

The terrorist can physically alter a valid passport -- stolen or purchased from an accomplice -- by changing the picture or biographical data. "The terrorists are smart about which passports they use," says David Simcox, director of migration demographics and chairman of the board of the Center for Immigration Studies. "At least two of the Sept. 11 attackers used stolen Saudi Arabian passports. Saudi Arabia is a friend of the United States and so using their passport makes it easier to get in at the border."

In some countries, terrorists may be able to purchase an official passport in their own name, or an alias, by bribing a corrupt official or obtaining one in the black market. Stolen passports are readily available for sale in most countries. The most popular ones on the international black market are those from countries that enjoy visa-free relationships with the United States, such as Japan or Sweden.

The terrorist can make a counterfeit passport, hoping that the border agent wouldn't be able to identify the forgery. "The INS has a forensic document laboratory to train agents to detect these false passports," Simcox says. "But there are so many countries, that it is difficult to track. And some will get through because the quality is getting so good. The technology of counterfeiting is constantly improving." Moreover, according to Simcox, internet sales of fraudulent documents has blossomed in recent years, despite efforts by law enforcement to stop the practice.

There's another angle on the trafficking in fake passports. Congressional hearings on Oct. 17, 2001 revealed relationships between the terrorists and organized criminal syndicates who smuggle humans across borders. It is a huge international business, with brokers in China, India, Africa, and Central and South America and other poor countries demanding up to $50,000 per person in order to smuggle people into the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

To avoid detection, the smugglers are constantly changing their routes and methods. Some also rely on huge numbers of fake passports, routing people through as many as two other countries to hide the country of origin. "The terrorists have made common cause with 'people smugglers' who are very good at supplying false documentation," says Simcox. "It gives the terrorists a ready source of altered counterfeit passports and, if needed, the smugglers may assist them in being smuggled into the United States."

Another aspect of passport fraud is falsifying documents, such as birth certificates, which are needed to acquire a passport. This practice, used by Ahmed Ressam, allows terrorists to get legitimate passports, using an alias, which will be basically foolproof at border crossings. "The American and Canadian passport system has a major problem because its 'breeder' document -- the birth certificate -- is such a weak document for certifying identity," says Simcox. "Despite U.S. State Department procedures for verifying birth certificates, every state is different. And the process is not computerized or centralized in any way."

The birth certificate is a "weak" document because it is relatively easy to forge and has no photo or fingerprint requirement. In the U.S. and Canada, birth certificates can be provided by a number of sources, such as state authorities, churches, and hospitals. Each state has different rules about supplying birth certificates, and acquiring copies of them. Once you have a valid birth certificate, it is relatively easy to get a driver's license, passport, and other fake identification.

Visas

As was clearly evident in the Sept. 11 attacks, many terrorists simply enter the U.S. using their own passports and a student or business visa.

INS officials say there are so many visas given out around the world that it is impossible to check the backgrounds of every person. Two of the Sept. 11 suicide hijackers entered the U.S. by applying to take classes at a university or technical school, acquiring a student visa, and then never showing up for class. Three of the terrorists entered on business or tourism visas and simply overstayed their visa.

(The INS says the number of foreigners in the U.S. who have overstayed their visas currently stands at more than 2 million.) Finally, two of the Sept. 11 hijackers who had been put on an FBI "watch list" while they were in the U.S. on visas were not located.

The INS has little or no capacity to track visa holders once they are in the United States. The issue of entry-exit tracking of visa holders is now being given new priority. INS officials argue that at present, it is impossible to track all foreigners in the U.S., and the agency doesn't have the manpower to physically put people on planes
